Account Breaches

Account Privacy notifies you if your sensitive information has been exposed as the result of a data breach.


VIPRE Recommends

If your accounts are found to have been involved in any breaches, you should change the password for that account as soon as possible.


Use these tips to create a strong and secure password:

  • At least eight characters long
  • Lower and upper case letters
  • At least one number or symbol, such as #, @, % or !

Solving Identified Breaches  

After you have reset the password for the account involved in the breach, confirm completion by marking the identified breach(es) as SOLVED

  1. Select More from the bottom navigation bar
  2. Tap Account Privacy
  3. Select the appropriate account
  4. Select the breach 
  5. Select SOLVED
