Choose an operating system below to see instructions to reset a forgotten password.
Windows
- On the VIPRE Encrypt.team login screen, click Forgot Password?
- In the Forgot Password window that opens, type in the email address associated with your VIPRE Encrypt.team account and click Send link
- Check your email for a message from noreply@encrypt.team with the subject Forgot something?
- Click on the link provided in the email
- Enter your new password and click Reset password
Your new password is now set.
macOS
- On the VIPRE Encrypt.team login screen, click Forgot Password?
- In the Forgot Password window that opens, type in the email address associated with your VIPRE Encrypt.team account and click Send link
- Check your email for a message from noreply@encrypt.team with the subject Forgot something?
- Click on the link provided in the email
- Enter your new password and click Reset password
Your new password is now set.
iOS
- From VIPRE Encrypt.team, select Log in to account
- Tap Forgot password at the bottom of the screen
- Enter the email address associated with your VIPRE Encrypt.team account
- Tap Send Link at the top of the screen
- Check your email for a message from noreply@encrypt.team with the subject Forgot something?
- Click on the link provided in the email
- Enter your new password and click Reset password
Your new password is now set.
Android/FireOS
- From VIPRE Encrypt.team, tap Log In to Account
- Select Forgot Password at the bottom
- Enter the email address associated with your VIPRE Encrypt.team account
- Tap the checkmark in the top right
- Check your email for a message from noreply@encrypt.team with the subject Forgot something?
- Click on the link provided in the email
- Enter your new password and click Reset password
Your new password is now set.
