These services may consist of advertising, metrics, content aggregation, registration & billing, age verification, as well as hosting for adult sites and networks. Many of these adult services and hosts may have ties to the distribution of adware, spyware, and dialers.
44101 Rogue Utility Software Domains and websites associated with the advertising, marketing, and distribution of so-called "rogue" utility programs. "Rogue" utilities include all manner of deceptive or malicious anti-spyware, anti-malware, Registry cleaning, and system cleaning software. Such utilities are deemed "rogue" if the software itself exhibits malicious or deceptive behavior or if the software is pushed on consumers through unfair, misleading, deceptive, unethical, or coercive means.
