How to delete a user account

When a user account is deleted, it is permanently removed. If an account is accidentally deleted, you may simply create a new account (using the same or different email address).

To permanently delete a user

1. Navigate to System > Users
2. Under ACTIONS, click Delete User to permanently delete the user's account
3. The system will ask you to confirm the delete
4. VIPRE Cloud will display "User deleted successfully"

This change takes effect when the user logs out.
