You can easily disable or remove the VIPRE Plugin through the ConnectWise Plugin Manager.

Disable the VIPRE Plugin

If you need to disable the VIPRE Plugin, you may do so through the ConnectWise Plugin Manager.

To temporarily disable the VIPRE Plugin

1. From the ConnectWise Control Center, select System > Solutions > Plugin Manager
2. From the Plugin Manager, select the VIPRE for LabTech plugin and click Disable
3. The system asks "Would you like to restart the database agent now?". Select Yes to disable the plugin until you re-enable it

Once restarted, the VIPRE Plugin should show as disabled in the Plugin Manager.

Remove the VIPRE Plugin

If you need to completely remove the VIPRE Plugin, you may do so through the ConnectWise Plugin Manager.

To remove the VIPRE Plugin

1. From the ConnectWise Control Center, select System > Solutions > Plugin Manager
2. From the Plugin Manager, select the VIPRE for LabTech plugin
3. Select Advanced > ManagePlugins > RemovePlugin
4. The system will confirm you wish to remove the plugin. Select Yes.
5. The system asks "Would you like to restart the database agent now?". Select Yes to restart the database.

Once restarted, the VIPRE Plugin will be completely removed from your system.
