VC-2816- The number of devices needing attention does not match the actual number of devices, if a site’s “Disconnected Device Interval” or “Outdated Definitions Interval” is set to less than 7 days
- Workaround: View the dashboard for the managed site, which has accurate information

VC-3479- When a new agent is available, no email is sent to Site Manager administrators
- Workaround: Log in to your Site Manager console. Visit a site. Navigate to the Deploy Agents screen to determine if a new agent is available.
