The Manage Device screen has two states, depending on if the device has been unlocked:
- If a device is locked, you can Unlock or Recover user passwords.
- Once a device is unlocked, you can Change user passwords and Add Users.
To access the Manage Device screen from an Unlocked device:
- In Windows Explorer, right-click the device. Select Manage Device.

To change a user password:
- Select a user from the list.
- Click the Change button.
- Type your current password in the Old Password field.
- Type a new password in the Password field.
- Retype the new password in the Confirm field.
- Click OK;then, click OK again.
- You will receive a confirmation message that the password change is applied to your device.

To add a user:
- Click Add User ...
- Fill in the User name, Password and Confirm password fields; then, click OK.
- Click OK to finish.
To access the Manage Device screen from a Locked device:
- In Windows Explorer, right-click the device. Select Manage Device.

To unlock the device:
- Click the Unlock button.
- Enter the password for the device; then, click OK.

To recover a user password:
- Click the Recover button.
- You will be provided with an Encrypted Medium ID and Security Code. Provide this information to your administrator.
- Your administrator will need to then provide a passphrase.
- Key in or copy/paste the passphrase in the Enter passphrase received from administrator field.
- Enter a new password in the New Password field, and the same password in the Confirm Password field.
- Click OK.
- Click OK to finish.
