With VIPRE Email Security Integration, mapping VIPRE Email Security companies with ConnectWise Manage companies allows you to bind agreements.
Agreement Configuration
- In the VIPRE Customer input box, start typing to search for any agreements associated with each company.
- The Agreement drop-down displays the agreement name for each company that includes VIPRE products.
- The Usage & Add-ons offers a visual display of current seats and what add-ons are linked to a particular company and agreement.
- Click the Save button to save and synchronize all data back to ConnectWise® Manage.
From this point forward, usage data from VIPRE Email Security will be synchronized with the relevant additions in ConnectWise® Manage.
