VIPRE highly recommends informing your end users that you have upgraded their email service with VIPRE Email Security. Please feel free to use the template below when communicating with your users.
By providing your end users with information about how to log in to VIPRE Email Security on their own they can manage their own email archives, quarantined email, and also create and modify sender allow and deny lists. If you choose to not provide this information to your end users, the administrators of your VIPRE Email Security site will need to perform these functions on behalf of your end users.
Please note, users will need to be added to your VIPRE Email Security site prior to sending the welcome email.

VIPRE Email Security provides simple, secure, and scalable technology that blocks spam, phishing, and malware — before it even reaches your system.
By logging in to VIPRE, you can manage any quarantined email that contains suspicious content, and manage your sender allow and deny lists.
The first time you log in, you will need to create a password:
- Navigate to https://email.myvipre.com/
- Instead of logging in, select the Forgot Password? link
- On the Password Recovery screen, enter your email address and select Recover Password
You will receive an email with a new password and the next steps.
