If quarantines a file that you believe should not be quarantined (for example, a potential false positive), you can send it to for analysis to help improve the . You can send multiple files from the   or a single file from the Updates.

To make sure we can receive files from you:

1. Click Manage, then Updates.
2. Switch on ThreatNet Updates.
3. Check Send threat files when you update us.

To send a file for analysis from quarantine:

1. Make sure we can receive files from you (see above).
2. Restore a file from Quarantine. We'll double-check if the file is malicious or not.

To send any file for analysis:

1. Click Manage, then Updates.
2. Click Submit Sample.
3. Select the file and click Open. The window will close and there will be a progress bar. If your connection is fast and/or the file is very small, it may disappear quickly.
