If you need to remove VIPRE Privacy Shield (previously VIPRE Identity Shield), you can uninstall it easily.

Windows

1. In the lower-left corner of your screen, click Start or the Windows icon.
2. Click Control Panel.
3. Click Programs and Features.
4. Click VIPRE Identity Shield.
5. At the top of the screen, click Uninstall.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts until finished.
