Sendinc takes service abuse very seriously. ,If you feel you are receiving messages from a malicious sender, please let us know in one of two ways.

  1. While reading a message, click "Report" on the message window and supply relevant data when prompted.
  2. Email abuse@sendinc.com. Be sure to include the following:
    • the sender of the email
    • the subject of the email
    • the nature of the message you received
    • the reason why you consider the incident a service abuse
  3. If you suspect that someone is sending emails disguised as Sendinc secure messages, please also send an .eml file copy of the suspicious message to abuse@sendinc.com.

Important

When reporting abuses to us, it is important you provide as much information as you can without revealing any confidential or private information. Messages to the abuse department are not encrypted.

Once an abuse is confirmed, we will take immediate steps. Actual abusers of the service will have their accounts indefinitely blocked at a minimum. We will also cooperate with law enforcement in cases where criminal behavior may be involved.

Note

A repeated pattern of false-alarm abuse reports may also be considered a type of service abuse and may be subject to the same actions.
