SafeSend Cloud Strings provide administrators with complete control over the user-facing language within the application. This section is essential for organizations that need to localize the SafeSend experience for different regions or customize the tone and terminology of security prompts to better align with corporate branding and internal communication standards.
By managing strings, admins can ensure that the instructions provided to end-users are clear, culturally appropriate, and specific to the organization’s security culture.
Language Customization
At the top of the interface, the Language Selector allow admins to toggle between different supported languages.

- Enabled/Disabled Languages: This tool allows administrators to manage which languages are available for the organization, ensuring that only relevant localizations are active.
- Restore Default: A safety feature that allows admins to revert all customized text back to the original SafeSend factory settings if needed.
String Management Table
The core of this page is a searchable table that maps internal system "Keys" to the text displayed to the end-user. This allows for editing of specific labesl, buttons, and instructions within the SafeSend add-in popup.
-
Key: This represents the unique identifier for a specific piece of text in the software (e.g.,
attachmentTitleUnsafeorconfirmSendButton). - Display Value: This is the actual text the user sees. For example, an admin might change "Please confirm all to send" to a more firm "Review and Verify Recipients" to match internal security protocols.
The Actions column provides a simple edit icon for each string. Clicking this allows an administrator to modify messaging.
