Prerequisites
A Secure Message email from Sendinc
Step 1:
Open the Secure Message email you received from Sendinc.
Step 2:
Click on the "View Secure Message" link in the email.
Step 3:
If you already have a Sendinc account and you are logged in, continue to Step 4.
If you already have a Sendinc account but you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in now. Forgot your password? Reset Your Password
If you do not have an account with Sendinc you will be prompted to create one now. Check out the Create an Account article for more detailed information.
Step 4:
You will be redirected to access the secure message contents.
All Done!
Message Expiration
If you receive an error saying the the "Message has Expired" when trying to retrieve a secure message, this indicated that the self-destruct timer set up by the sender has expired and the message can no longer be read. Sendinc Pro/Corporate users also have to option to retract messages before the self-destruct timer.
Important
Once a message has been retracted or expired, it is gone forever. If you still need access to the contents of the message, you must contact the original sender and ask them to resend the message.
