As part of our continuing efforts to ensure that SendInc continuously delivers your email securely and privately, we're enforcing the use of a more modern and secure encryption protocol as part of an upcoming upgrade. As such, the latest version of the Sendinc Outlook Add-in includes support for TLS 1.2.

It's important to note that once the server is upgraded to TLS 1.2 only, all previous versions of the Sendinc Outlook Add-in will no longer function.
The Sendinc server was fully upgraded to TLS 1.2 only on September 21, 2021.
What happens if I don't upgrade my Sendinc Outlook Add-in before the Sendinc server is upgraded?
You may receive an error when attempting to send an email. The screenshot below shows one of the potential errors you may see.
Special Instructions
If you're currently using Sendinc v4.3 or lower, or you're unsure which version you're using, you'll need to uninstall the older version first before installing the latest version.
Find Current Sendinc Version
- Close all instances of Outlook you may have open
- Click the Start menu (Windows icon) in the bottom left corner of the screen and type Control Panel then select it from the results
- In the top right corner, select View by: Large Icons
- Select Programs and Features from the list
- Locate the row with Sendinc Outlook Add-in and click on it
- The last column shows you the version you currently have installed
Uninstall Previous Version of Sendinc - After performing steps 1 - 6 above, right-click on the Sendinc Outlook Add-in row and select Uninstall
Install Latest Version of Sendinc - Download Sendinc Outlook Add-in
- Click on the downloaded .exe file to open it
- When the Microsoft Office customization installer window pops up, click Install
- Click Close on the successful installation window

Known Issues
