One of the key features of VIPRE Site Manager is the ability to directly navigate into a tenant site from nearly every screen with zero configuration or lag.

While VIPRE Cloud sites are independent—a single Cloud instance oversees and controls many endpoints across a site—Site Manager acts as a VIPRE Cloud master control. It tracks all your VIPRE Cloud sites, their resources, and their dashboard information, providing a single consolidated system for monitoring, deployment, and threat remediation.

VIPRE Site Manager interacts with VIPRE Cloud over any number of environments, which is a necessity for organizations that have multiple sites. You may need to deploy, update, and maintain devices over a multitude of separate environments, and may need to bill these environments and track their resources separately.

Single Sign-On (SSO) streamlines the process of administrative management, making it possible to navigate into your customer VIPRE Cloud sites without having to manage the connection with each of them individually.

Examples

SSO is seamlessly integrated throughout the product and is practically invisible. Below are some examples of how it works to bring you the best management experience.

Dashboard alerts > Site Dashboard

Any tenant site showing as "Needing Attention" or displaying an uncommon amount of threats can immediately be drilled into.

Selecting a site name on the Dashboard immediately logs you into that site for further investigation.

Threat Investigation > Site threat information

While investigating threats, click into a site to see how that site was attacked, narrow down specific devices that need attention, and find out where malware attempted to get through.

Endpoint Device > Site > Device details

Select any endpoint device to immediately log into the site and navigate into the device details for further inspection.

Clicking on any device ...

... logs you into the site and shows relevant device information.
