MSP Partners are being migrated to our new Training Partner Console, an updated solution for VIPRE and Inspired eLearning (IeL) Partners.
Update
2024-04-04: This article applies only to MSP Partners until further notice.
What's New
With this new console, you will notice some great new features allowing for better reporting and more control of your customers. As part of this release, you will also notice we are consolidating our two security awareness training brands (currently known as VIPRE Security Awareness Training and IeL/Inspired eLearning) into the unified brand Inspired eLearning powered by VIPRE.
We have been working hard to bring these improvements to our Training Partner Console and are excited to give you the following new features for MSPs:
- New customer provisioning wizard - Provision and onboard new customers without the need to first contact us
- Manage customer details - Ability to manage and edit customer details, including organization name and user license count
- Suspend/Delete customers - Further manage your customers with the ability to suspend/unsuspend or delete them
- New easy-to-use MSP Billing Reports - Setup new one-time reports or schedule recurring email reports that provide you with CSV data of your customers' usage, including active user count and deployment status
Need to Know Info
Account migrations will begin in April 2024. Your account administrators will receive email communications from us with additional details. Make sure to add no-reply@myvipre.com to your email Safe Lists.

MSPs in North America | Weekend of 2024 April 20 |
Post-Migration: What to Expect
Important
- This migration is only for your partner account and will not affect your customer accounts
- Prices will not change as a result of this migration
An email will be sent from notification@securityawarenesstraining.com to the email address for your designated Partner Admin confirming registration, including a password reset link and a link to the partner console.
New end-customers: Following the release of our new Training Partner Console and the migration of your MSP account, when you create a new customer using the new MSP self-provisioning features, you'll notice that we have updated our MSP package name from “SAT for MSPs” to “IeL SAT for MSPs". Also, the courses in the “IeL SAT for MSPs” package are white-labeled, meaning there are no logos inside the courses. The Training Partner Console, iLMS, and Onboarding emails will be branded as Inspired eLearning powered by VIPRE.
Existing end-customers: Your existing customers will keep their current courses (and course branding) and Learning Paths. As part of the migration, please note that we will not change your existing Learning Path. However, we will upgrade customers to the latest MSP package: IeL SAT for MSPs. This means that existing customer accounts receive a copy of our latest courses (white-labeled) which you can start to use as you wish, and you'll also have an optional new Learning Path available for the new courses.
Please note the new Learning Path will not be published automatically.
Contact a Technical Account Manager should you require assistance moving to the new Learning Path. Use subject line “Partner Console Migration” to prioritize your request.
Important
As mentioned above, existing customers will receive a white-labeled version of our latest courses which you may start to use as desired. At the admin level, you may notice that some courses appear duplicated. This is due to the latest courses in our new package having course names that are similar to the existing ones.
Example:
- Old course name: VIPRE: Defending Against Phishers
- New course name: Defending Against Phishers
Our Technical Account Manager team can help advise on how to make use of the latest courses that are being made available as part of this migration. Use subject line “Partner Console Migration” to prioritize your request.
