You can choose whether to contribute anonymous usage data to help improve VIPRE.
What is "anonymous data"?
When possible, VIPRE gathers user data — based on your activity within the VIPRE application — to learn how our products are used and to make improvements. No user-specific information is retained, hence the term anonymous.

To enable or disable sharing anonymous data
- Navigate to Preferences > General > Privacy
- Select or deselect Send anonymous usage data
