Remove Device from VIPRE Security Central

When a device is no longer used, whether you lost your phone or upgraded to a new one, you have the option to remove the old device so that a new one can be added.

Remove Device

  1. Open a web browser on your PC or mobile device
  2. Go to https://mobile.myvipre.com
  3. Sign in to your account using the email address and password you registered with
  4. Click My Devices
  5. Select the device you want to remove and click on the ellipsis (...) at the top-right of the screen
  6. Select Remove
  7. Check I understand the risks then click REMOVE

Your old device has now been removed from VIPRE Security Central.
