When a device is no longer used, whether you lost your phone or upgraded to a new one, you have the option to remove the old device so that a new one can be added.
Remove Device
- Open a web browser on your PC or mobile device
- Go to https://mobile.myvipre.com
- Sign in to your account using the email address and password you registered with
- Click My Devices
- Select the device you want to remove and click on the ellipsis (...) at the top-right of the screen
- Select Remove
- Check I understand the risks then click REMOVE
Your old device has now been removed from VIPRE Security Central.
