I have never heard of VIPRE before. Who are you?
You may be familiar with the FuseMail brand that is currently represented in your webmail portal. FuseMail was acquired by Ziff Davis, Inc (then j2 Global, Inc.). What does webmail discontinuation mean for me?
This means you will no longer be able to access the email address on that domain, including any emails stored in that inbox. If you want to save any of your emails before you lose access, you can do this by backing up all of your emails to a third-party email application. This will download your emails to your computer or mobile device, providing you unlimited access to your emails even after the service has been discontinued.

What happens if I don't do anything about this?
If no action is taken, you will lose access to both your email address and the emails stored in your webmail inbox. Once the end-of-support date is met, the email address and emails will no longer exist.
I don't want to lose my emails. What should I do next?
If you are a business customer, please see this article or contact our Business Support team.
If you are not a business owner and don’t already have one, you should create a new email address with another webmail provider. This can be from your Internet Service Provider or any of the popular, free webmail providers. You can find some webmail providers by doing a web search. We’ve got you started here.
Important
Once you have your new email address, don't forget to go to any website, bill pay, or other type of account where you may have used this email address to replace it with your new email address.
