Empowering Users with "Deliver to Junk"
Managing potential spam shouldn't feel like a chore for your IT department or a mystery for your employees. We’ve introduced a highly requested feature for both the Inline and Monitoring modes of Microsoft 365 sources: the Deliver to Junk option within Action Rules.
Previously, emails identified as spam were typically diverted to your users' inboxes. With this update, VIPRE IES can now intelligently route these messages directly to the end user’s existing Spam/Junk folder instead. This empowers your team to review filtered mail in a familiar environment without needing to navigate external quarantine portals. To ensure you benefit from this immediately, we have enabled this by default through a new, pre-configured Action Rule titled "Deliver Spam to Junk."
Performance & Stability
In addition to these user-facing improvements, our engineering team has completed a series of backend maintenance updates and bug fixes. These under-the-hood optimizations ensure that your email security infrastructure remains robust, fast, and ready to defend against the evolving threat landscape.
