The SafeSend Cloud Dashboard provides administrators with a centralized, real-time overview of SafeSend activity across their organization. Designed to offer immediate visibility into how data loss prevention (DLP) policies are being applied, the dashboard allows admins to monitor user behavior, track policy effectiveness, and identify potential risks at a glance.
At the top of the dashboard, high-level cards provide a quick snapshot of total activity within a selected timeframe:

- Users: The total number of unique users interacting with SafeSend
- Emails: The total volume of emails processed
- Warnings & Actions: A breakdown of how often users were warned, how many actions were taken (such as modifying content), and instances where users chose "No Action"
- Modifications: Tracks specific changes made to outgoing mail, such as removing unauthorized recipients or sensitive attachments.
Emails vs. Actions

This chart provides a chronological view of email traffic compared to interventions. Admins can track trends over days or weeks to see if security incidents are increasing or if user behavior is improving over time. The chart distinguishes between different types of actions, such as:
- Emails Sent
- Recipients Removed
- Attachments Removed
- Emails Encrypted
Top User Insights

The dashboard identifies patterns in user behavior by highlighting "Top" categories to help admins identify individuals who may require additional training or adjustments to their specific policy settings:
- Top Modifications shows which automated actions are triggered most frequently
- Top Warned Users lists the users who encounter SafeSend warning prompts most often
- Top No Action Users highlights instances where users bypassed warnings, allowing admins to investigate potential policy circumvention
Policy Distribution

The bottom section of the dashboard helps you visualize the impact of specific security configurations:
- Policy Distribution shows which policies are being triggered most frequently; this helps in understanding which departments or groups are most active within SafeSend Cloud
Date Range Selection
Admins can customize the entire dashboard view by selecting specific date ranges using the filter in the top-right corner. This is essential for generating weekly reports or auditing specific time periods following a security event.
The SafeSend Cloud Dashboard is the primary tool for administrators to ensure that their data protection strategies are working effectively and to maintain a secure communication environment for their entire organization.
