This hotfix for the SafeSend Self-Hosted PC Add-in (version 6.0.4.3) addresses a couple of issues identified since our last release. These updates help ensure the SafeSend PC Add-in works consistently and securely.

Fixed in this Release
- Consistent DLP Triggers for Email Content: In SafeSend PC Add-in version 6.0.2.4, certain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules were triggering correctly for attachments, but occasionally missed sensitive terms when typed directly into the email body
- Restored Domain-Based Sorting: In SafeSend PC Add-in version 6.0.2.4, the recipient list was sorting only by name, seemingly ignoring the GroupbyDomain setting, rather than also grouping by email domain

When upgrading from version 4.4, your admin password and customized logo will need to be reset.
- Download the latest version of the SafeSend PC add-in above
- Customize as desired and store settings by creating a custom MSI installer
- Refer to Related Articles for direct links to other processes pertinent to the one detailed in this article.
- Choose the desired existing endpoints and run the installer or deploy via GPO over your existing, older version of SafeSend
- Existing licenses and settings will be carried over automatically
