VIPRE Site Manager supports two user roles: analyst and admin. To make changes to user accounts, you must be logged in as an admin.
Add users
- Select System > Users > Add User
- Fill out the user information. A phone number is optional, but may be useful if you need to contact the user quickly
- Choose either Admin or Analyst
- Select Add User
New users receive an email with login credentials and a "Log in to VIPRE Site Manager" button and link.
Edit user details
You may change a User's first name, last name, phone, or system role at any time.
- Select System > Users
- Next to the user name, select the Edit User button ()
- Update the relevant information
- Select Update User
Delete a user
Deleting a user's account is instantaneous, but you may create a new user at any time.
- Select System > Users
- Next to the user name, select the Delete User button ()
- Confirm you wish to delete the user
- The system will display "User deleted successfully."
Change a user's password
- Select System > Users
- Next to the user name, select the Change Password button ()
- Update the relevant information
- Select Update User
