Create, edit, delete and change passwords for system users.

VIPRE Site Manager supports two user roles: analyst and admin. To make changes to user accounts, you must be logged in as an admin.

Add users

  1. Select SystemUsersAdd User
  2. Fill out the user information. A phone number is optional, but may be useful if you need to contact the user quickly
  3. Choose either Admin or Analyst
  4. Select Add User

New users receive an email with login credentials and a "Log in to VIPRE Site Manager" button and link.

Edit user details

You may change a User's first name, last name, phone, or system role at any time.

  1. Select SystemUsers
  2. Next to the user name, select the Edit User button (Icon of a form and a pencil.)
  3. Update the relevant information
  4. Select Update User

Delete a user

Deleting a user's account is instantaneous, but you may create a new user at any time.

  1. Select SystemUsers
  2. Next to the user name, select the Delete User button ()
  3. Confirm you wish to delete the user
  4. The system will display "User deleted successfully."

Change a user's password

  1. Select SystemUsers
  2. Next to the user name, select the Change Password button ()
  3. Update the relevant information
  4. Select Update User
