Set Up Notifications

Notifications enable summarized, visualized report information on customer sites delivered per your schedule to your inbox.

Site Summary

A Site Summary report focuses on device protection and 'health' information across all your sites.

To set up a site summary notification: 

  1. Select System > Notifications
  2. In the top right, select Add Notification
  3. Give the notification an appropriate and descriptive name
  4. Select Site Summary
  5. Choose the frequency you want the report to be sent and at what day/time
  6. Fill out the email recipients in a comma-separated list
  7. Customize the email subject if desired
  8. Adjust the scope if necessary
  9. Select Preview to review what the email will look like first or simply Add Notification

 

Usage Summary

A daily digest allows for quick reports on which sites need the most attention and have the most activity. 

To set up a usage summary notification 

A usage summary report displays how many devices each site uses for a given period.

  1. Select System > Notifications
  2. In the top right, select Add Notification
  3. Give the notification an appropriate and descriptive name
  4. Select Usage Summary
  5. Select whether you want this report received in HTML or CSV format
  6. Choose the frequency you want the report to be sent and at what day/time
  7. Fill out the email recipients in a comma-separated list
  8. Customize the email subject if desired
  9. Select Preview to review what the email will look like first or simply Add Notification
