  • Routing: Determine whether to deliver to or redirect to
  • Verify Users: Choose whether to verify users via User List/LDAP or SMTP
  • Primary Domain: Checking this box forces this domain entry to be considered the primary domain.
  • Alias Domain: Checking the Alias Domain box will set this domain as an alias of a selected parent domain. Any mailbox within the alias domain that shares a name with a mailbox in the parent domain will be treated as a secondary address of that mailbox.
  • Parent Domain: Mailboxes within the parent domain will see all email in continuity addressed to this parent domain and any alias domains with the same local part.

For example, having a primary domain of one.com and an alias domain of two.com, john.smith@one.com will see all email to both john.smith@one.com and john.smith@two.com in his continuity view and spam reports.
