Domains Pending Verification
List of inactive domains that are pending verification
Domain: The name of the specific domain entry
Verify Users: The method used to verify users (e.g. via SMTP or via User List/LDAP)
Verification Status: The domain entry is not verified; click the link to open the verification process
Domain Table
Displays a list of domains that belong to the current customer account.
Domain: The name of the specific domain entry.
MX: The current status of the MX record.
OK: This internal domain is verified to have a secure internal IP address.
Custom MX: This external domain is verified to have a secure internal IP address.
External IP: This domain has an unverified external IP address.
No MX: A domain without an MX record.
Site: The website associated with the given domain.
Verify Users: Determines which protocol will be used to verify the mailboxes associated with this domain.
Firewall Status: The state of the firewall of the specific domain.
Queue Emails: Number of emails currently waiting in the queue.
Total Users: The total number of mailboxes beneath a specific domain entry.

Additional Options
Buttons that allow access to extended functionality.
Alert (Red triangle exclamation): Opens the Domain Errors panel, which displays any errors associated with the domain.
Settings (blue): Displays the Domain Settings panel, which controls mail settings. (See details for Domain Settings below)
Trashcan: Permanently deletes the domain entry.
Domain Settings
These settings can be edited by clicking the blue Settings icon under Additional Options, which displays detailed information for a specific domain.
Domain: The name of the given domain entry
Site: Allows selection of the specific host that will route the mail.
Routing: Determine whether to deliver to or redirect to
Verify Users: Choose whether to verify users via User List/LDAP or SMTP
Primary Domain: Checking this box forces this domain entry to be considered the primary domain.
Alias Domain: Checking the Alias Domain box will set this domain as an alias of a selected parent domain. Any mailbox within the alias domain that shares a name with a mailbox in the parent domain will be treated as a secondary address of that mailbox.
Parent Domain: Mailboxes within the parent domain will see all email in continuity addressed to this parent domain and any alias domains with the same local part.
