What's New
We are proud to announce the release of VIPRE AI Advisor as part of VIPRE Endpoint Detection & Response, VIPRE Endpoint EDR+MDR, and VIPRE Site Manager sites that are EDR or EDR+MDR types.
What is VIPRE AI Advisor?
VIPRE AI Advisor is a computer program designed to simulate human conversation available to Administrators and Analysts within the VIPRE EDR and EDR+MDR web consoles. It allows you to take certain actions and ask for clarification on specific topics related to your VIPRE site. It utilizes artificial intelligence technologies like natural language processing and machine learning to understand and respond to you, and to learn based on interactions during the current session.
VIPRE AI Advisor does not save a history of interactions from one session to the next for your organization's privacy.
Special Instructions
VIPRE AI Advisor is turned off by default. Follow the instructions below to enable AI Advisor.
Enable VIPRE AI Advisor
- Log in to the EDR or EDR+MDR admin web console
- Navigate to Setup > System > Settings
- Scroll down and click the button next to VIPRE AI Advisor to enable it
- Select Update Settings at the top
Once you update the settings, the AI Advisor chatbot icon will appear on the bottom right portion of the screen. Click the icon to open the chatbot and start typing!
