The administrator portal can be found at https://portal.mailanyone.net/login

As an administrator, you can use the VIPRE Email Security Cloud portal to:

• Supervise message logs and quarantine
• Manage customer allow and deny entries
• Enact policies and mail flow rules
• Set inbound and outbound mail routes
• Add, delete, and modify users
• Set access controls, alerts and generate reports

Dashboard

The Dashboard allows you to overview key aspects and components of VIPRE Email Security, giving you access to useful information, statistics, and alerts for your account in the form of widgets.

Quick Stats

• Total Domains: The number of domains in the account.
• Billable Users: The number of users this account will be billed for.
• Unique Senders: The number of unique senders that have been actively sending messages in the last 30 days.
• Virus: Number of virus messages caught and quarantined in the last 7 days.
• Spam: Number of spam messages caught and quarantined in the last 7 days.

Notifications

You'll find up-to-date notifications about new services or improvements to the portal in this widget. A short description will be visible, and clicking the blue icon will display further details. If there aren't any recent notifications, the widget will be left hidden.

Widgets

Widgets are convenient information-displaying tools since they are always only one click away from displaying vital information retrieved from the system. We have widgets that you may utilize to gather information, alerts and statistics of the account. They can be expanded/collapsed and moved around in the interface to match your viewing and layout preferences. Simply click and drag when you see the move icon and place the widget wherever you like in the dashboard area.

• Display Options Options that affect all Dashboard widgets, and will reload affected widgets upon any selection change.
  • Period Choose the period of time data is displayed for. Options include: This Month, Last Month, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 days and Custom. When Custom is selected, use the date range picker to choose From and To dates.
• Time period can be customized for the following widgets: Mail Flow, Top Senders by Traffic, and Top Recipients by Traffic.
  • Show Top Choose the number of entries displayed for ‘Top N’ widgets, including: Top Senders by Traffic, Top Recipients by Traffic.
  • Generate PDF Generate a downloadable PDF report for all currently expanded widgets, according to the selected Period and Show Top options. To suppress a widget from appearing in the PDF, collapse it on the dashboard.
  • Print If Generate PDF is not available (based on browser support), this will print the page using your browser's native print capabilities.
• Mail Flow Shows a line graph with the number of mails (inbound, outbound, clean, virus and spam) plotted against the selected period.
• Packages Lists the packages available for this customer.
• Top Recipients by Traffic Lists top users with highest number of traffic (inbound) on top, following decreasing order.
• Top Senders by Traffic Lists top users with highest number of traffic (outbound) on top, following decreasing order.
