Scheduling Reports
The Schedule Reports features allows you to set up regularly delivered reports about your portal usage.
- Enabled: This flag determines whether the report will be sent out or not.
- Report Title: This title is a designated name for your new report.

Report Type: The type determines which of our available reports will be delivered.
- Email Statistics: This report returns a detailed review of your mail flow activity.
- Customer List: This report returns detailed information about your customers and their configuration.
- Top n values: If the report type is Email Statistics, choose the number of entries being reported on. For example the Top 5 Inbound Recipients or Top 10 Outbound Senders.

Report Period: Determines for what period of time the report should apply.
- Start: If the period is set to custom, select the start date.
- End: If the period is set to custom, select the end date.
- Time zone: Select time zone.
- Password Protect: This flag offers the option to lock the delivered report and set a password for its retrieval.

Recipients: Multiple recipients can be set for the report delivery.
- Name: Set a name, title or group for your recipient.
- Email: Indicates the email address to which the report will be delivered.
- Schedule: The schedule flag determines whether the report should be scheduled to be delivered.
- Frequency: This setting determines how often you'd like to receive an updated report. Either once on a specific date or scheduled to arrive daily, weekly, monthly or annually.
- On Days: If the frequency is set to weekly, you need to set the particular days of week.
- On Date: If the frequency is set to once, you can enter the specific date to receive the report. This also works for monthly or yearly frequency, as you can set the day of the month or year to repeat on thereafter.
- At Hours: For all frequency settings, you must set the time of day for the report to arrive.
- Time zone: Select time zone.
